Synergy Supports 2022 Australian U-16 Youth Championship

Synergy Sports sent staff and technology to video and log all the 2022 Australian U16 Youth Championship action. The tournament spanned over 33 games across two fields.

Baseball Australia performance pathways and player development general manager Michael Crooks was excited to have Synergy on board for the Australian Youth Championship.

“Synergy Sports has been an exceptional partner for Baseball Australia over the past 12 months,” Crooks said.

“We finally saw first-hand the power of their system at the Under 18 selection camp and the Under 23 World Cup Qualifier in Canberra over Easter where well over 200 hours of game footage was recoded, logged and distributed across the world.

“We are over the moon that they have been able to make this commitment to the Australian Youth Championship as well.”

“After the enforced break from the Australian Youth Championship, we wanted to make sure that when we were able to host events again, players and families would experience an event that was a marked improvement from what they had experienced before, in particular surrounding technology, broadcast and the ability for players to showcase their talent across the world,” Crooks said.

“Having the support of Synergy Sports is a key piece of the puzzle to ensure that happens.”
